![]() Are you searching for the purrr-fect feline companion? You've come to the right place! Ragdolls are a particularly loving and exceptionally attractive breed of cat that are suitable for nearly every type of home. Here at FrolicknDolls, I specialize in matching my beautiful kittens with their new families! ![]() ![]() FrolicknDolls is a small cattery located in Kittanning, PA, a historic town on the Allegheny River just forty miles northeast of Pittsburgh. My cattery is proudly registered with the Cat Fancier's Association (CFA), The International Cat Association (TICA), the Ragdoll Breed Club (RBC), the Ragdolls of America Group (ROAG). I take pride in raising soft, lovable, hugable kittens. All of my babies are hand-raised with tender loving care in my home and my cats are never caged or confined! One of my passions is caring for others. I live on a forty-eight acre farm and am the mother of four human children, seven horses, two toy poodles, four cockatiels, a hamster, a guinea pig, and four wonderful Ragdoll cats. I also care for two mentally handicapped adults in my home and work in a foster children's program. I became interested in Ragdolls seven years ago. I was interested in adopting a Maine Coon and accidentally discovered the Ragdoll breed. I had always liked the coloring of Siamese cats but their strong-willed personality didn't appeal to me. When I saw a Ragdoll I feel in love instantly with their flowing soft fur, their coloring, their beautiful blue eyes, and their gentle disposition. I have shown three of my Rags, Mick, Marley and Sue, for over a year and enjoy being around others who shared my love for the breed. After longtime consideration, I decided in 2009 that I would begin a breeding program. I belong to several Ragdoll forums online and have received tutoring from fellow breeders who encouraged me to open my own cattery. I am excited to introduce my first breeders to my home in spring of 2010. |
